Where do I find that form or document???

NEWSLETTERS:
On the Home page and choose "Newsletters".
ENROLMENT:
On the Home page and choose "Enrolment Info & Form".
UNIFORM:
To put second hand items into the Uniform Pool.
Under the "Community" tab and then choose "Uniform Policy & Sales".
The No. 1 Form is for first time users of the pool, which gives you the rules and enables you to provide your full details.
The No. 2 Form is for past users of the pool, just to list the items and your details.
The No. 3 Form is for uniform from High School.
CANTEEN PRICE LISTS:
Under the "Community" tab and then choose "Canteen".
Price lists are available to download.
MEDICATION FORM:
On the lower half of the Home Page. Click on "Medication Form" and then click on the form link.
P & F MINUTES:
Under the "News & Events" tab and then choose "P & F Minutes".
POLICIES:
Various policies.
Under the "Policies" tab and then choose the policy you need.
